Ben Barrontine
Benjamin Barrontine is the Chief Growth Officer of 360 Privacy, responsible for accelerating the company's expansion through strategic partnerships, enterprise alliances, and indirect revenue channels. He has been with 360 Privacy for five years and has been central to building the infrastructure that supports the company's growth from an emerging provider to the premier digital executive protection firm in the United States.
Before joining 360 Privacy, Ben served 15 years with the U.S. Department of Defense as a Special Operations Force soldier and Cryptologic Linguist, earning advanced certifications in electronic surveillance, cellular targeting, and SOF surveillance operations. He also served as a NASA ISS Payload Communications Manager and brings a distinctive combination of technical depth, operational precision, and strategic thinking to everything he leads.
Brandon Hamric
Brandon Hamric brings more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and data engineering to his role at 360 Privacy. He has led the development of intelligence platforms for sectors including government, healthcare, and private industry. Notably, Brandon co-founded Rescue Forensics, an open-source intelligence solution aimed at locating human trafficking victims, which was later acquired as part of the DARPA MEMEX initiative. His expertise in cybersecurity threat mitigation and secure system architecture has been instrumental in advancing 360 Privacy's technological capabilities.

He is renowned for pioneering proactive digital risk management strategies that protect Fortune 500 companies, elite executives, and global sports entities from emerging cyber threats. Chuck Randolph
Charles "Chuck" Randolph serves as Chief Strategy Officer at 360 Privacy, where he leads the company's thinking on risk intelligence, market positioning, and the convergence of cyber, physical, and reputational threats. Chuck brings more than 30 years of experience spanning close protection, protective intelligence, and enterprise risk management across both the public and private sectors. He has held senior security executive roles at Microsoft, AT-RISK International, and Ontic, leading global executive protection, strategic threat intelligence, and risk management programs for complex, high-exposure organizations.
A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and decorated combat veteran, Chuck served in overseas operations and led pioneering Information Operations initiatives during his military career. He is actively engaged in advancing the security profession as a co-founder of the International Protective Security Board (IPSB) and Chairman Emeritus of the Corporate Protection Leadership Council (CPLC), and has served the U.S. Department of State's Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) as Chair of the Pan Asian Regional Council and as a member of its Cybersecurity Council. Chuck is the co-author of The Protector's Edge: Leadership Through Strategy and Action(Routledge/Taylor & Francis), a defining work on how modern risk leaders operate at the intersection of intelligence, consequence, and trust.

Josh Newton has a background in special operations and extensive experience in leadership and complex analysis. Josh oversees the implementation of security protocols that protect clients' digital identities. His strategic approach ensures that 360 Privacy remains at the forefront of digital protection.
Kristin Aldrich
Kristin Aldrich plays a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and supporting executive leadership. His expertise lies in driving financial performance, scaling operations efficiently, and ensuring responsible stewardship of company resources. While his background is rooted in finance, Sean collaborates closely with cybersecurity teams to align financial strategies with the company's security objectives.
Steve Wylie
Steve Wylie is the Chief Revenue Officer of 360 Privacy, where he is responsible for building the company's revenue engine with the scale, integrity, and operating discipline required to lead a rapidly growing market. Steve brings 25 years of technology industry experience to the role spanning hands-on engineering, solutions architecture, and senior executive leadership with a consistent track record of building high-performance teams and driving durable, predictable growth.
Most recently, Steve served as Vice President and General Manager at Trace3, where he scaled the East Majors business from $76 million to more than $300 million in annual revenue over four years. He built and led a team of 50+ professionals serving approximately 150 large enterprise clients, installing the operating rhythm, leadership development frameworks, and accountability culture that enabled sustained growth at scale. Prior to Trace3, Steve held senior systems engineering and management roles at Cisco, where he led pre-sales teams across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky and was recognized for his work in inclusion, diversity, and early-career mentoring. He received the 2025 Inclusive Channel Leader Award and holds a certification in Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation.
Tom Aldrich
Tom A is the Chief Operating Officer of 360 Privacy, where he oversees the operational infrastructure that enables the company to deliver digital executive protection at scale. He brings a uniquely rare background to this role: a decorated career as a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret, followed by years as a private wealth advisor at Goldman Sachs, and nearly five years building and leading 360 Privacy's commercial and operational functions.
During his time in Special Forces, Tom deployed overseas four times, leading tactical and strategic targeting, intelligence operations, and digital exploitation. His specialty was briefing ultra-high-net-worth individuals, senior military officials, athletes, and entertainment figures on risk mitigation and threat management skills that translate directly to 360 Privacy's mission. Tom holds a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification and the CIPP/US designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
